Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all Foreign Countries must be prepaid.
All foreign orders, including Canada and Puerto Rico, must be prepaid in U.S. Dollars.
- All orders to foreign destinations, including Canada and Puerto Rico, will be charged a handling fee plus cost of airfreight shipping.

Returns are only accepted within 30 days and only with prior authorization from DDM, Inc. Returned product is subject to a restocking charge. All DVD and video purchases are FINAL....no returns.

Rental Policy

All rentals are for one week (at destination) and only within contiguous USA. Rental price will be applied toward purchase within 30 days of the rental if you decide to keep the DVD or video. There are no free previews. If you wish to preview a DVD or videotape, you must rent it.
